使用北海道產扇貝高湯，帶有鮮美的貝類風味。

湯頭屬於 白湯系濃厚湯底（類似雞白湯的濃厚口感，但這裡是以貝殼熬出的高湯風味為主）。鮮味充分發揮的濃厚白湯湯底但不油膩，鮮味十足。

配料包含肉末、蔬菜與小魚乾狀物，增加口感與海鮮感。
