Shipping policy

We provide worldwide shipping. Shipping cost is bear by the Purchaser unless we are running a promotion. We will not ship any restricted items that is forbidden to export out of Japan by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Any taxes, duties is to be paid by the Purchaser of the own country. Custom/Special order products do not qualify for Free Shipping. Free Shipping will be shipped by Japan Post regular Air Mail. Customers have an option to choose EMS/Courier expedited shipping for an additional charge. Shipping over 5kg will be split into multiple packages. We reserve our right to limit the weight of Free Shipping.
