BIG SEARCH OSAKA ships orders from Osaka, Japan to international destinations supported by our available shipping carriers.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions subject to the conditions stated on our website.
Please note that our online store currently serves international customers only and does not offer domestic shipping within Japan.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, weekends, Japanese public holidays, and order volume.
Custom or special-order products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
Free or standard shipping is normally sent by Japan Post Air Mail.
Customers may also select an expedited shipping option at checkout for an additional charge. Depending on the destination and shipment, expedited orders may be sent by Japan Post EMS or an international courier.
Shipping methods may vary depending on destination, package size, weight, carrier availability, and applicable shipping restrictions.
Delivery Times
Any delivery timeframe provided by Big Search Osaka is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather, local postal services, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship products to destinations where export from Japan or import into the destination country is prohibited or restricted by applicable laws or regulations.
Certain products may also be unavailable for international shipping because of carrier, customs or regulatory restrictions.
Free Shipping
Custom and special-order products do not qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are normally sent by Japan Post Air Mail. Large or heavy orders may be divided into multiple packages. Free shipping eligibility may be subject to package weight, destination, product type and applicable shipping restrictions.
If we are unable to ship an order using the selected shipping method, we will contact the customer before shipment.
Promotion Policy
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. The 10% New Customer Sign-Up Discount may be combined with our Free Shipping offer. However, Buy 3 Get 1 Free and other Buy X Get Y promotions cannot be combined with the 10% New Customer Discount or any other promotional offer.
If an order qualifies for more than one non-combinable promotion, only one promotion may be applied.
