Japan's First Cup Noodle Made for Cold Water

Released in Japan summer of 2026, Nissin Cold Cup Noodles (冷しカップヌードル) are the first Cup Noodles in the brand's history specifically developed to be prepared with cold water instead of boiling water.

After five years of development, Nissin introduced its patented Cold Rehydrate technology, creating specially developed noodles that become pleasantly chewy and smooth after just 5 minutes in refrigerated water.

Choose from two flavors:

Chicken Salt Lemon - A light and refreshing chilled noodle made for summer. The broth combines savory chicken, bonito and dried sardine (niboshi) dashi with a refreshing lemon aroma for a clean, citrusy finish.

How to Prepare

1. Peel back the lid halfway.

2. Add cold refrigerated water (a couple of ice cubes is even better) to the inside fill line.

3. Wait 5 minutes.

4. Stir thoroughly and enjoy cold!
