We’ve noticed there may be a little confusion about how our Buy 3, Get 1 FREE promotion works, so here’s a quick clarification.
To receive your free item, please add 4 eligible items to your cart. Shopify does not automatically add the 4th item for you. Once all 4 items are in your cart, the promotion will be applied automatically and one item will be FREE.
So remember: Add 4 → Pay for 3 → Get 1 FREE! 🎉
If you add only 3 items to your cart, the promotion will not be triggered.
